Social Media Content Creator

Chateau Luxe Event Venue | Phoenix, AZ

Part-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required

Chateau Luxe is looking for a creative, polished, and highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to help capture the beauty, energy, and behind-the-scenes magic of our luxury event venue.

This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves events, has a strong eye for visual storytelling, and knows how to create photo and video content that feels elevated, engaging, and ready to post.

The Social Media Content Creator will attend select events at Chateau Luxe to capture real-time content, including event details, décor, food and beverage, guest experiences, vendor moments, staff in action, and behind-the-scenes footage. This person will also create edited photo and video content for use across Chateau Luxe’s social media platforms, website, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photo and video content during weddings, corporate events, social events, private celebrations, tastings, open houses, and other venue experiences.

Create behind-the-scenes content that highlights the Chateau Luxe team, culinary program, event setup, venue transformations, décor details, food presentations, service moments, and overall guest experience.

Edit photos and videos into polished, ready-to-post content for social media and marketing use.

Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.

Work with the Chateau Luxe team to understand brand style, event priorities, and content needs.

Identify creative content opportunities during events without disrupting guests, clients, vendors, or event operations.

Maintain a professional presence while working on-site during private and high-profile events.

Organize and deliver final content in a timely and easy-to-use format.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury event environment. You should be able to see the little moments that make an event special, then turn them into content that feels beautiful, natural, and engaging.

Qualifications

Experience creating photo and video content for social media.

Strong editing skills for short-form video and photography.

Understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form storytelling.

Ability to work evenings and weekends when events are taking place.

Professional communication and appearance.

Ability to move throughout an active event environment respectfully and discreetly.

Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for luxury, hospitality, food, décor, and event design.

Reliable transportation to Chateau Luxe in Phoenix, AZ.

Portfolio, Instagram, TikTok, or sample work strongly preferred.

Schedule

This is a part-time, contract position with a flexible schedule based on event needs. Evening and weekend availability is required, as many events take place outside traditional business hours.
