Schedule: M-F (5x10s + Sat 8 hrs.)

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Taylor, TX

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain site-specific safety plans for cleanroom and fab environments
  • Lead daily safety meetings, orientations, and subcontractor training
  • Perform safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments in install areas
  • Investigate incidents/near misses and drive corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and company safety standards
  • Enforce PPE requirements and safe work practices
  • Maintain safety documentation and report metrics to leadership
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years construction/industrial safety experience
  • OSHA 30 required; CSP/CHST a plus
  • Semi/cleanroom experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication
  • Safety systems + MS Office proficiency
  • High‑risk, fast‑paced environment ready
  • Background check and drug screen required

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
