Enviro Resource Management is an innovative agricultural consultancy working closely with farmers to improve productivity and sustainability. We provide free consultation services and operate a smart farming app that helps farmers make better decisions and manage their operations efficiently.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. This role involves administrative tasks, communication management, data handling, and assisting in coordinating with farmers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, calendars, and daily schedules

  • Handle data entry and maintain organized records

  • Assist in customer communication and follow-ups

  • Support onboarding of farmers to our platform and app

  • Conduct basic online research and compile reports

  • Help manage social media messages and inquiries

  • Coordinate tasks between different departments

  • Assist with documentation and operational workflows


Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar tools

  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and online platforms

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently

  • Stable internet connection and reliable work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software

  • Experience supporting remote teams or international clients

  • Basic knowledge of social media management
