Job Description

At Global Executive, we are currently seeking an SDR Manager (Team Leader) for one of our most important clients, a global technology company focused on solutions for the automotive industry. The organization is undergoing a period of transformation, strengthening its commercial strategy within the Independent Dealer (Indy) segment.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of SDRs, driving pipeline generation through both outbound and inbound strategies, while ensuring high standards of performance, conversion, and operational discipline. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams, playing a key role in business growth.

This is a 100% onsite role based in Westlake, within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of SDRs, ensuring both individual and team targets are consistently met.
  • Foster a high-performance, hunter-driven culture focused on continuous pipeline generation.
  • Oversee and optimize outbound execution, including prospecting, cold calling, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of key KPIs such as daily activity, SQL generation, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze funnel performance metrics (connect rates, SQL-to-SAO conversion, pipeline contribution).
  • Maintain strict Salesforce discipline, ensuring accurate tracking of activities, pipeline, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions to align campaigns, messaging, and targeting.
  • Implement best practices in call coaching, performance management, and continuous team development.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and speed-to-lead on inbound opportunities.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • 4–6 years in B2B sales (preferably in tech or SaaS environments).
  • Previous experience as an SDR Senior, Team Lead, or SDR Manager leading small teams (2–5 reps).
  • Strong background in high-volume outbound environments (hunter profile).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Solid experience managing KPIs, conversion metrics, and pipeline generation.
  • Exposure to sales technology and/or AI tools is a strong plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).

Key Knowledge Areas

  • Demand generation and outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Pipeline management and sales metrics (SQLs, SAOs, conversion rates, activity metrics).
  • CRM management (Salesforce).
  • Sales cycles ranging from 15 to 30 days.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and technical teams.
  • Experience in automotive or technology sectors is a plus.
