| Provide a short description of the Position: | Tester Expert acting as QA tester will lead testing efforts for WCB applications\Projects P4 ecae\CIS modernization, P2 eforms, P5 - ECR\ORPS Modernization to uncover and investigate defects, identify root causes, generate reports and share with WCB ITS Business solutions and other stake holders. Assess the overall quality of application by performing manual, automated, performance tests using various QA tools. |
| Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: | Create and maintain Test plans, Test strategy documents, Test scripts, Tests, Test scenarios, Test matrices for WCB Applications |
| 1 | 84 months of experience in creating and executing automated test scripts and comprehensive test suites for functional and regression testing. Experience in using automation tools like Selenium or Cypress across multiple applications, with expertise in implementing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks | |
| 2 | 84 months of experience in performance testing with JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad. Expert in developing and executing performance test plans and scripts, preparing test data, identifying and analyzing performance bottlenecks, establishing baselines, and assessing system scalability to ensure optimal application performance | |
| 3 | 36 Months performing Web services testing using SOAP UI /Postman API testing tools & REST assured. | |
| 4 | 36 months of experience as a SQL and database migration tester with back-end testing expertise, specializing in data validation, SQL query development, ensuring data integrity, and supporting seamless system migrations. |
