- Salary: $110,139 - $137,674 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Adhere to all established safety, health and qual ity General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the company
- Oversee the optimal operation of the ir assigned plant’s M anufacturing P rocesses i.e., hands on process adjustments , changes to maintain required productivity , etc. Including Centerline documents and Process Control Plans
- Manage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processes
- A pply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduc e process variation
- Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvement
- Travel up to 10%
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s D egree with 8 plus years of Process M anagement experience or H igh S chool Diploma /G eneral E ducation D iploma with 10 plus years of Process M anagement experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s D egree
- Lean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma certifications, i.e., Management and Strategy Institute
- Knowledge of Infinity SPC or similar SPC software, JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical software
