Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Preschool Assistant Teacher to support the lead teacher in creating a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Key Responsibilities * Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines * Support children during play, learning centers, meals, and transitions * Encourage positive behavior and social interaction * Help prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom * Supervise children to ensure safety at all times * Maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures * Communicate respectfully with staff and families Qualifications * Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred * Passion for early childhood education * Patient, caring, and energetic personality * Strong teamwork and communication skills * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) * Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare requirements Job Details * Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time * Location: The T.E.A.
