Part-Time Graphic Designer

Location: Local / Hybrid (Springfield, MO area preferred)

We're looking for a part-time, entry-level Graphic Designer who is creative, dependable, and eager to grow. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life visually while learning how design supports real business goals. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create materials that connect with our community and support our brand across multiple platforms.This is not just about making things look good-it's about creating designs that feel local, personal, and purposeful. What You'll Do

  • Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and print materials
  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns that align with our brand voice and values
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all visual content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on ideas, promotions, and community initiatives
  • Support internal projects like training materials, presentations, and company communications
  • Take feedback well and make revisions with attention to detail

  • Basic experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • A strong eye for layout, typography, and color
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines consistently
