Job Description

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support commercial clients. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining digital imaging equipment such as copiers, printers, and multi‑function devices (MFPs). You'll work directly at customer sites, ensuring equipment uptime and delivering high‑quality service in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.

Requirements:

• Identify and report equipment performance issues or failure trends.
• Ensure all assigned devices meet operational and performance standards.
• Follow customer‑specific site protocols, including safety and health requirements.
• Represent the company with strong communication, professionalism, and customer service.
• Support a 24/7 customer environment, including shift work and on‑call rotations as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and break/fix repairs on copiers, printers, and MFPs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to field service calls within an assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including Field Service Reports and expense logs.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related technical or field service experience.
• Ability to complete required new‑hire technical training.
• Ability to obtain customer‑required clearances for site access.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (territory travel required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active for extended periods (walking, standing, kneeling)
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 customer‑driven environment with rotating shifts and on‑call duties.
• Basic understanding of internet/network environments (e.g., connecting devices, print queues)
