Fitter Welder (MIG/Fluxcore)

Pay: $20–$26 per hour

Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking a skilled and reliable MIG/Fluxcore Fitter Welder with at least 2 years of experience in a fabrication environment . The ideal candidate will be proficient with hand tools, measuring devices, and reading mechanical blueprints. This role requires the ability to perform welding and fitting tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a climate-controlled environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Fit, tack, and weld metal components using MIG and fluxcore welding techniques
• Use hand tools, tape measures, squares, and other measuring devices to ensure precise fabrication
• Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move and position materials and assemblies
• Perform welding and fitting tasks independently and accurately
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of welding and lifting equipment
• Follow all safety standards and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitter welder in a fabrication environment
• Proficiency in MIG and fluxcore welding
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
• Experience using hand tools and precision measuring devices
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation

• $20–$26 per hour , depending on experience
• Climate-controlled work environment
• Full-time opportunity
