Salary: $73,000 - 78,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in WordPress development with proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Demonstrated ability to create custom themes, plugins, and functionalities without depending on prebuilt options.
• In-depth understanding of technical SEO principles and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Experience in implementing website performance optimization strategies, including caching, CDNs, and image compression.
• Knowledgeable in best practices for web security, monitoring, and recovery processes.
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and cloud hosting services.
• Preferred: familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar, along with database management in staging and production settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills across various teams.

• Create, customize, and maintain WordPress websites emphasizing scalability, performance, and user engagement.
• Apply technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, optimized site structure, sitemaps, redirects, and canonical tags.
• Monitor and optimize website performance, speed, and uptime while ensuring comprehensive security against malware and potential attacks.
• Manage WordPress databases (MySQL/MariaDB) and collaborate with hosting providers or cloud services for stable operations.
• Integrate websites with third-party tools such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and APIs to enhance functionality and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with design, content, IT, and marketing departments to provide seamless digital experiences that reflect Nutex Healths mission.
• Maintain development environments, ensure backups, and formulate recovery plans to safeguard business continuity.
• Regularly assess and report on technical SEO, site health, and performance enhancements.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical team members and leadership.
