We are Seeking an US Contractor with 7 to 11 years of experience in IBM ODM to design develop and implement advanced decision management solutions .

• Design develop and maintain business rules and decision services using IBM Operational Decision Manager ODM.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize and enhance existing decision management solutions to improve performance and scalability.
• Ensure seamless integration of IBM ODM components with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest IBM ODM features tools and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on IBM ODM related tasks to junior team members.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of IBM ODM projects ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Analyse complex business problems and design rule-based solutions that are maintainable scalable and reusable.
• Develop reusable rule assets and decision services to support multiple applications across the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams including developers' testers and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM ODM rule execution integration and performance.
• Document design configuration and deployment processes for IBM ODM solutions to maintain knowledge base.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing workshops to enhance team capabilities and adoption of best practices.
• Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of decision services in production environments.
