Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Privacy Senior Analyst to support enterprise privacy, compliance, and risk management initiatives. The GRC Privacy Senior Analyst will play a critical role in managing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Records of Processing (RoPs), cookie governance, and Data Subject Requests (DSRs). The GRC Privacy Senior Analyst will also collaborate across Legal, IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure privacy-by-design principles are embedded across systems and processes. Additionally, the GRC Privacy Senior Analyst will contribute to audit readiness and regulatory compliance efforts. This GRC Privacy Senior Analyst position requires strong expertise in global privacy regulations and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct and maintain Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) 5+ years experience
Develop and manage Records of Processing (RoPs) aligned with global regulations such as GDPR 5+ years experience
Implement and oversee cookie governance and categorization frameworks 3+ years experience
Manage and fulfill Data Subject Requests (DSRs) including access, deletion, and portability 4+ years experience
Perform privacy and security risk assessments, including gap analysis and remediation planning 5+ years experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, Security, Compliance) to implement privacy-by-design 4+ years experience
Support internal and external audits (PCI DSS, CMMC, SWIFT) 3+ years experience
Maintain privacy policies, documentation, and governance frameworks 5+ years experience
Monitor regulatory changes and assess organizational impact 4+ years experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Law, Compliance, Information Systems, or related field
Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) 5+ years experience
Hands-on experience with PIAs, RoPs, and DSRs in enterprise environments 5+ years experience
Experience with risk assessments in privacy or information security domains 5+ years experience
Knowledge of cookie management platforms and consent frameworks 3+ years experience
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational controls 4+ years experience
Experience supporting PCI DSS, CMMC, or SWIFT audits 3+ years experience
Familiarity with GRC tools such as OneTrust, ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or TrustArc 3+ years experience
Relevant certifications (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CISSP, CRISC)
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills 5+ years experience
