Full-Time Resource Teacher – No Nights or Weekends

Schedule: Full-time | Weekdays only

Pay: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)

The Goddard School is seeking a caring, flexible, and dependable Full-Time Resource Teacher to support classrooms throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children of various ages, helping where needed, and being a steady, positive presence across the school—all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance with no nights or weekends .

Responsibilities:

• Support multiple classrooms as needed throughout the day.
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and activities.
• Help maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environments.
• Step into classrooms to support ratios, breaks, and coverage.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Follow school policies and state licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to complete required training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet background check requirements.
