UPS Store #4318 is here to help individuals and small businesses by offering a wide range of products and services. We are locally owned/operated and conveniently located in 7439 wooster pike, Cincinnati 45227 and 675 Deis Dr ,Fairfield Ohio locations. We are currently looking to bring on a Full Time and Part Time Center Sales Associate to help in daily operations! Our UPS Store Center Sales Associates deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers. Entry level or college students are welcome to apply! Notary licensing will be a part of full time employment agreement. Those with Notary License are highly encouraged! UPS Store Center Sales Associate Benefits:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, and/or sales background is a huge plus
• A notary license is required, if not, the Employer will be willing to offer training to get your license!
• Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
• High school education or GED equivalent required
• Computer skills need to be strong
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus - knowing Adobe Creative Cloud

• Delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Continuously practicing good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
• Taking ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions, learning products and services offered, finding solutions, and following industry trends
• Operating all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Able to lift 40 lbs
