Ace Handyman Services is Hiring an Experienced Craftsman / Handyman!

Location: Seattle, WA (North Seattle)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (No weekends or on-call)
Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour
Employment Type: W-2 Employee

Ace Handyman Services North Seattle is looking for a highly skilled and dependable Craftsman / Handyman to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to focus on the craft—not the business side. We handle scheduling, customer acquisition, and administrative work so you can concentrate on delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling tasks
• Work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, trim, doors, minor plumbing, and basic electrical
• Troubleshoot home issues and recommend practical, long-lasting solutions
• Manage job sites efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Communicate clearly with customers and the internal team using provided tools and systems

Requirements

Must Have:

• Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
• Do you have a registered truck or van with valid insurance and a valid driver’s license?
• Do you own standard tools required for residential handyman tasks?
• Do you have the experience to independently manage small to medium-sized projects from start to finish?

Additional Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential repairs, maintenance, or remodeling
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, tile, and painting
• Professional communication skills and a customer-friendly demeanor
• Clean and professional appearance

Nice to Have:

• Experience installing smart home devices
• Background in finish carpentry or custom cabinetry
• Familiarity with digital job management tools or reporting software
