What You’ll Be Doing (AKA How You’ll Win Here)

• Lead and coach a team of Direct Marketers to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Be hands-on in the field — training, mentoring, and setting the example
• Build a culture of energy, accountability, and positivity
• Track performance, give real feedback, and help people level up
• Ensure routes, transportation, safety, and equipment are dialed in
• Reinforce best practices, scripting, and appointment quality
• Partner closely with leadership to grow both people and results

You’ll know you’re crushing it when:

• Your team hits (and beats) demo and sales targets
• New hires ramp quickly because your coaching is tight
• Your people want to work hard and want to work with you

• Has 3+ years in canvassing, sales, or direct marketing

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary: $75K+
