JOB TITLE: Commercial Operations Project Manager
PAY RANGE : $90K-110K  | TYPE : Hybrid

QUICK SUMMARY/ Position Overview
We’re hiring a Commercial Operations Project Manager to help scale and optimize how our commercial organization operates. This role is a key connector across sales, operations, IT, and leadership, ensuring that systems, data, and processes are aligned to support growth.

You’ll take ownership of CRM data integrity, reporting infrastructure, and cross-functional initiatives, while leading projects that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supporting Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and workflows
• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through sustainment
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports
• Drive data cleanup, standardization, and account structure improvements
• Support system integrations and technology rollouts
• Develop training materials and documentation for new processes
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
