RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Oversee a portfolio of loan customers

-Be active in the community, prospecting and generating new business

-Proactively identifying problems and implementing effective solutions

-Partnering closely with all team members, maximizing on opportunities to grow and retain business

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelors Degree

-2-3 years of banking experience, with focus on commercial lending

-Credit skills

-High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors

-A multi-tasker, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
