You will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of network infrastructure supporting Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) solutions for key customers throughout the South Zone. This position is based in Nashville, TN.

  • Provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment based on customer requirements, supporting the transition from a break-fix operating model to a customer solutions–focused network services model. Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings; actively support the execution of service strategies to achieve customer loyalty.

Adhere to established training, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Install and support complex, multi-phased systems comprised of network infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment in both clinical and non-clinical environments (build, deploy, and/or integrate solutions). Provide technical review of network and system configurations to ensure optimal performance during implementations; diagnose and resolve networking, electronic, and system-level issues.
  • Travel across the specified geography is required. The average driving time is 1–4 hours daily and may exceed 50% at times. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of professional experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or the electronics industry, preferably in a field or hospital-based service environment. Experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators is highly preferred.
  • Your skills include advanced network configuration and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on routing and switching technologies. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification is required.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field Service position.
