Body Shop Appraiser We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Body Shop Appraiser to join our team. This person is responsible for preparing accurate estimates on damaged vehicles and providing exceptional customer service throughout the repair process. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs needed
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates
• Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate appraisal of repairs
• Maintain records and communication throughout the repairs

What You Bring

• Previous experience in the collision industry (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Additional Details

• Pay based on experience
• Full-time, shop-based role with exposure to dust, fumes, and paint
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and tool use
• Minimal travel; occasional local trips for parts or training
