Assistant Property Manager to be the face of our new lease-up property in Brooklyn, NY facility.

Why This Role Is Exciting You’ll be joining a lease-up property, meaning you’ll play a hands-on role in building occupancy, creating great customer experiences, and helping establish a strong presence in the community. Your ideas, energy, and effort will directly impact the success of the site.
You will: As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations and customer engagement:
- Deliver exceptional customer service—greet customers, tour units, and close rentals
- Handle inbound calls, follow up on leads, and support leasing efforts
- Conduct daily property walk-throughs, lock checks, and visual inspections
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming facility inside and out
- Perform light maintenance (sweeping, painting, minor repairs)
- Manage rental agreements, customer accounts, and payment processing
- Assist nearby locations as needed
- Work weekends on a rotating schedule

You have: - 2 - 4 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter comfortable managing responsibilities independently
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Basic computer skills (email, Windows programs)
