Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Provide guests with warm, attentive, and personalized hospitality throughout every stage of service
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Help maintain elevated guest-service standards among all front-of-house team members
• Build strong guest relationships and ensure every visit exceeds expectations

Assist in Leading Daily Restaurant Operations

• Support all opening, pre-service, side work, and closing procedures
• Monitor the flow of service and assist in maintaining efficiency, timing, and communication throughout the restaurant
• Maintain a strong floor presence and provide hands-on leadership during service
• Ensure front-of-house standards, checklists, and service expectations are completed consistently
• Serve as a communication bridge between front-of-house and back-of-house teams

Train, Coach & Develop the Team

• Assist with onboarding, daily training, and continuous coaching of front-of-house employees
• Reinforce company standards, policies, and service expectations through regular feedback
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Ensure required certifications and training compliance are completed

Support Financial & Operational Success

• Assist leadership in monitoring labor efficiency, operational organization, and cost control
• Identify opportunities to improve service flow, team productivity, and guest satisfaction
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive hourly pay with top-tier earning potential, along with opportunities for professional growth within one of the nation’s premier restaurant groups.

Benefits include:

• Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company-subsidized health insurance. A full-time employee must work an average of 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following the employee’s 60th day of employment. The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of back-of-house experience in fine dining or upscale casual kitchens preferred
• Culinary degree or formal training a plus
• Experience in upscale Italian cuisine (pasta, grill, or fish stations strongly preferred)
• Strong passion for food, technique, and hospitality
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Open availability for nights and weekends
• Strong composure and communication under pressure
• Professional culinary mindset and work ethiCS
